Vic: Robert Doyle re-elected unopposed despite Libs defeat=3
Mr DOYLE says the party room has backed him as leader to take the Liberals throughto the next election.
His statement comes despite speculation that senior Liberal LOUISE ASHER could challengeMr DOYLE for the party's leadership next year.
Mr DOYLE says that in the party room today they faced the smallest Liberal Party thatanyone there could remember.
He says the mood was angry and discussions were blunt.
Mr DOYLE says the party review will cover all aspects of the Liberals' performanceover the past three years and during the election.
