I heard on the news that Governor-elect Pataki still plans on cutting income taxes but because of the deficit also plans on state employee layoffs and cutting aid to education.
A big part of his campaign was based on cutting people's income taxes. I hope people realize it won't amount to much in their pockets over the year. Now, with his plan to cut aid to education, it probably means higher school taxes for property owners. …
